Bottom line: We do NOT collect, track, or sell your personal information. Period.
What Information We Collect
We Collect ZERO Personal Information Automatically
Unlike most websites, we do NOT use:
- ❌ Google Analytics or any analytics tracking
- ❌ Cookies for tracking your behavior
- ❌ Third-party advertising networks
- ❌ Social media tracking pixels
- ❌ Fingerprinting or device tracking
- ❌ IP address logging beyond basic server security
What We DO Collect (Minimal Technical Data)
Our web server logs basic technical information required for security and site functionality:
- Server access logs: Standard web server logs that record which pages were requested (not who requested them)
- Security logs: Failed login attempts to protect our server from attacks
- Your theme preference: Stored in your browser (not on our server) so dark mode stays enabled
Retention: Server logs are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Email Communication

We use ProtonMail for encrypted email transport, but:

- Do NOT send us sensitive case details, children's names, or case numbers
- For confidential communication, speak with a licensed attorney
Email Retention
We keep email correspondence for:
- Active conversations: Until resolved or 30 days of inactivity
- You can request deletion: Email us asking to delete your prior messages
- We do NOT create permanent records of your personal information

We Use ONE Cookie (For Dark Mode Only)
The ONLY data stored in your browser is:
localStorage: theme preference
Purpose: Remembers if you enabled dark mode
Data stored: Either "light" or "dark" - that's it
Expires: Never (unless you clear browser data)
Shared with third parties: NO - stored only in your browser

We do NOT use:
